1. Purpose of the Platform

9th May is a matrimonial platform created for members of the Himalayan Samarpan Meditation community. Its purpose is to help individuals and families connect with others seeking matrimonial relationships within the community.

9th May acts solely as a platform for introductions and communication. It does not arrange marriages, provide matchmaking services, or make decisions on behalf of users.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

• Be legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the platform solely for matrimonial purposes.
• Regard Swamiji as your Guru and wish to connect with members of the Himalayan Samarpan Meditation community.

By registering, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Maintain accurate profile information.
• Use respectful and appropriate communication.
• Conduct their own verification before making matrimonial decisions.
• Respect the privacy and dignity of other members.
• Use information obtained through the platform only for matrimonial purposes.

Users shall not:

• Create fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use the platform for business promotion, marketing, fundraising, or any non-matrimonial purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or misuse other members.
• Share another user's personal information without consent.

4. Profile Information

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. 9th May does not independently verify all information submitted by users and cannot guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of any profile.

5. Community Eligibility & Reporting

9th May is intended exclusively for members of the Himalayan Samarpan Meditation community.

Any registered member may report a profile if they believe:

• The individual is not part of the community.
• False or misleading information has been provided.
• The profile is being used for non-matrimonial purposes.
• The profile violates these Terms of Use.

All reports will be reviewed by the administration team. If a profile is found to be ineligible, misleading, fraudulent, inappropriate, or outside the intended scope of the platform, 9th May reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove the profile without prior notice.

The decision of the administration team regarding profile eligibility and platform participation shall be final.

6. Communication Between Members

9th May provides tools that allow members to connect and communicate. Any discussions, meetings, introductions, negotiations, engagement decisions, or marriage decisions take place entirely between the concerned individuals and families.

9th May is not responsible for the outcome of any interaction between members.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

User information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the platform. By creating a profile, users understand that certain information may be visible to other registered members for matrimonial purposes.

8. Voluntary Contributions & Financial Terms

9th May is a social initiative by Gurutattva, supported by Shree Shivkrupanand Swami Foundation.

The 9th May Platform facilitates the collection of voluntary contributions through its website solely to support the objectives and activities of this initiative. Gurutattva and Shree Shivkrupanand Swami Foundation independently administer and utilize these contributions in accordance with the mission of the initiative.

All contributions made towards the 9th May initiative are entirely voluntary, non-refundable, and are deemed to have been made at the contributor's own discretion and choice.

If, for any reason, the 9th May Platform agrees to refund any membership or subscription fee, the voluntary contribution made towards the 9th May initiative shall remain non-refundable and shall not form part of such refund.

9. Suspension & Removal of Accounts

9th May reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, restrict, or remove any profile that:

• Violates these Terms of Use.
• Provides false information.
• Misuses the platform.
• Receives verified complaints.
• Is found to be ineligible for participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

9th May serves only as a platform for introductions. The platform does not guarantee suitable matches, successful communication, engagement or marriage outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by users.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any personal, matrimonial, financial, or legal decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and materials associated with 9th May remain the property of the platform and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

9th May reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
